Given the latest developments we just wanted you to know that our team is working hard to ensure there is minimal disruption to our service.
We understand these are uncertain times and we have implemented a few changes to make things little easier, and a little safer, for our customers, retailer partners, and drivers.
As we’ve already shared, we’ve placed medical-grade hand sanitisers with our retailer partners. Drivers will disinfect before collecting each and every order from the stores.
You can now request a contact-free delivery in the comments section when you place your order. Our driver will place your order at your door, ring the door bell and stand at least 2 meters back. If your order does not contain alcohol, they will be happy to leave at your door, or a safe place of your choosing. If, however, your order contains alcoholic beverages, for legal reasons, the drivers are required to ensure the order is collected. They may ask to see your ID but will maintain a safe distance if they do.
We’re here to help
From next week, we’ll be launching free deliveries on convenience and household items between 10am – 4pm to support our more vulnerable customers. This includes anyone who is unwell, at risk, or self-isolating for any reason. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this option for alcoholic beverage deliveries.
During this time we are focussed on supporting our retailer partners to ensure they are able to cope with the increased volume of orders, and continue to offer the fast and friendly service you’ve come to expect from Drinkly.
This sure is new territory for us (and everyone?!) so please bear with us as we do our best for you at this time!
